What data we process
Your name, company or institution, email address, phone number and the information in your message, as provided through the contact form or by email. The fields on this website prepare an email draft in your browser; they do not send your details to a server. We receive the information when you send the email from your own app.
Purpose
To respond to your enquiry, prepare site surveys and quotes and, if a quote is accepted, to manage the contract process.
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Your data is not shared for marketing. Emails you send are processed and stored by our email provider, Atak Domain / MailLB. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure; these hosting services may process technical access and security logs. Information may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law.
Retention
After your enquiry is concluded, for the periods required by applicable legislation.

Cookies
This site has no advertising or visitor analytics tools. The hosting service may separately keep security and access logs. Maps open in Google Maps only when you click "Open in maps".

Calculation inputs are processed in your browser. If you choose to transfer a summary to the contact form, it is kept only in this tab’s session storage, removed after transfer and not used after 30 minutes. The tool does not send these values to a server. Downloaded or copied summaries remain on your device.
